The ARMODY house — French Theory sign, Paris
Since 2015 · Paris

A house that passes on what it builds.

Hospitality · Culture · Trade · Real estate

ARMODY is a French family group. We build companies that create value — in the service of a long-term legacy.

Complementary vocations
Founded in Paris in 2015, ARMODY today brings together a group of companies with complementary vocations. Hospitality, with a Parisian pilot hotel that anchors our ecosystem and our operational know-how. Culture, with French Theory Records, an independent label that stands by its artists, and an art collection built up over the years. Consulting and services, for partners we choose to support over the long run. Real estate, with a patrimonial approach rooted in places that carry a history and produce value.
The discipline of performance
Each of these companies has a trade, a profit and loss account, and a duty to be profitable. We do not keep them alive on principle — we grow them because they create value, serve their clients, and deserve to earn their place in their markets. Economic performance is no afterthought: it is the condition for everything that comes next — investment, strategy, culture, and what we pass on.
The balance that sets us apart
What sets us apart is the way we hold two demands together: letting each company live from its trade, and making the house live beyond any one of them. We refuse to set one against the other — profitability grounds the trajectory, and the trajectory gives profitability its meaning. This is the balance we have cultivated since 2015, and it shapes every decision we make.
ARMODY is neither a fund nor a faceless financial holding. It is a family house that takes the time to build, and embraces the discipline of growth — always with one horizon in sight: what we will pass on.
Our activities
French Theory

A signature. A universe.
An art de vivre.

French Theory is far more than a brand. It is how the group expresses its vision of culture, taste and hospitality. Born in 2017 and embodied since 2019 in its pilot hotel in the Latin Quarter, it now brings together several trades — hospitality, wine, music, culture — around one aesthetic standard and one idea of French art de vivre.

A signature that runs through our companies. An aesthetic that speaks to Paris — and far beyond.
